Thank you for your reply. I have actually taken care of part of my
problem by eliminating the Hosts report. The most important part of my
report is the Organisation Report. I have added enough ORGALIAS
definitions to take care of most of those. However, I do have one
question about Aliases.

Before defining ORGALIASES, the Organisation Report showed an entry for
cbsx.state.or.us and one for cbs.state.or.us. In my ORGALIAS definition,
I specified:

ORGALIAS cbs*.state.or.us "Consumer Services"

When I generate the report, each entry is listed as Consumer Services.
How can I combine the two so that there will only be one entry for
Consumer Services?
