Hi All, Am I correct in thinking that the Search Query/Word reports are generated by the referrers while the Internal Search Query/Word reports are generated by the requests?
I'm creating a report for one section of a site and I want to know how people got there. The reports for search terms from external search engines work, but I get no results for the internal search engine (internal search reports work when generating stats for the entire site). What I want to know are the search terms that people used on the internal search engine to find the section. Hits for the internal search engine show up on the referrer report, e.g.: /jsp/search_results.jsp?search_term=depression&submit=find-it but the people I'm generating the reports for aren't really technical enough to extract the search terms out of the query strings. Seeing as I've set my config file like so: FILEEXCLUDE /* FILEINCLUDE /jsp/item.jsp?*_spotlight* I'm guessing that this is excluding the internal search engine as it's based on requests rather than referrers. I can't do: FILEINCLUDE /jsp/search_results.jsp?* as this would give the internal search results for the entire site. Is this right or have I not configured something correctly?
