In that case, they will be in the Search reports, not the Internal Search
Reports. You will need a SEARCHENGINE command for your site. And the name of
the referrer should be as it appears in the Referrer Report, i.e.
 http://your.site/jsp/search_results.jsp not just /jsp/search_results.jsp.

As they're in the referrer, you want REFINCLUDE not FILEINCLUDE.
Alternatively, remove all other SEARCHENGINE commands from your
configuration file and then the Search reports will only pick up your own
referrers.
