If you don't have any log files for those two weeks, you don't have to tell Analog anything - it won't report anything for those two weeks, because there's nothing to report. The only numbers that are affected in your case are the "average" numbers - requests per day, pages per day and data transferred per day. They'll be a bit lower, because your totals will be averaged over the full timespan. As such, it's relatively easy to recalculate the correct numbers if you need to know the averages, but if you want to "fill the gap", you may have to "manufacture" some logs, by copying two other weeks logs, and editing the dates.
