Superb! Now my reports are bob on! REFEXCLUDE I had tried and, as you pointed out, excluded an aweful lot of info from all the reports. Hope the syntax is correct which I'm using:
REFSITEEXCLUDE *domain-name.com* The *'s replace what would be usually the www bit and anything after .com as we run virtual hosts on both http and https.
