Right.

Wrong. The 8335 include the 20.

Erm, I think so, but I'm not sure exactly how servers handle authentication.
Maybe someone else could answer this better.

403 also covers cases where the file existed but the file permissions
prevented access -- i.e., the file isn't readable, or is only readable by
its owner.

Yes, they should add up (if the Request Report contains everything), but be
careful not to include file.pl?something which are already included in the
file.pl.
