Ideally, I'd like to make the forms dynamic, where administrators can create their own as they go. However, between exploring awstats, analog, commercial versions, and http-analyze, I haven't looked at algform yet. Will do that today.

If you're using the form mechanism, and allowing them to create dynamic reports, it would be possible to modify the perl script to insert USERINCLUDE commands based on the logonID of the administrator.
