ok, I changed it to: C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\analog\kwood.log and it still isn't working. yes, the log files are downloaded into the analog folder, which is on my desktop. A possible problem, there isn't a .log after the files that are downloaded until I add one. kwood-20020609-1 is the name of one of the actual files. I changed it to take out the date and added .log so the file now reads kwood.log It is in word format. -- Terrye Kinch, Web Design and Internet Customer Service Kaye Wood, Inc PO Box 456 West Branch, MI 48661 Phone: 1_800_248_KAYE(5293) Website: http://www.kayewood.com Online Catalog: http://www.kayewood.com/onlinecatalog/catalogcover.html Quilting and Sewing E-Newsletter - FREE!
