I see no command in the documentation that will help you.
But, I am curious about your intentions.  It would seem to
me that precise words would be important.  They can, for
example, help you to select the best words for keywords.
If users consistently search for "apple", then using "fruit"
as a keyword isn't helpful because most search engines
could not make a connection between the two.
