Hi All

Before we looked after web sites ourselves, our ISP used to email us weekly
Analog reports for each of our web sites. This Analog email report is the
perfect format for us and our clients, but now that we have switched ISPs we
have to do the reports manually.

This is VERY time consuming as we have to do the following:

1) Download the web logs from 10 different FTP sites each week. We are
using a 56K line and the logs aren't zipped so you can imagine how long this
takes.

2) Rename each log file to suit the analog.cfg file.

3) Remove one set of '#'s from the analog.cfg file for the report that we
are doing.

4) Run Analog. The DNS lookups take an age with 56k line.

5) Copy and paste the results into an Outlook New Message.

6) Type in our client's email address and then send it.

We have to do the above 10 times, as Analog can only take 1 report at a
time.

Can anybody assist on how we can speed up any part of the above procedure?

Please note that upgrading the 56k line to ISDN, ADSL, etc is not a viable
solution at the moment so any other tips or links to 3rd party apps would be
very much appreciated.

Many thanks.

Rgds
