Thanks for responding. Actually, I did try it just above the LOGFILE command as it states in the documentation. However, because I was specifying the log file on the command line I guess it wasn't registering the APACHELOGFORMAT in the config file. Once I removed it from the command line, the report generated correctly. Thank you very much as your suggestion led me to the answer!!
