OK, thanks folks - got it going with a make clean (Duh!) but it just
dumps core as soon as I run it. Think I'll wait until there's a FreeBSD
box I can snaffle here. 

I wanted it on Cygwin rather than Win32 btw because I need to use the
fwanalog module (for reporting firewall logs), which is a swries of Perl,
awk and sed scripts as far as I can tell.
