On the Macintosh Classic version of Analog, drag and drop will only
recognize files that have "old style" file types of 'TEXT' 'Gzip' 'ZIP '
or 'Bzp2'. OS X currently supports two distinct systems for determining
file types. Most new programs use the new system, and leave the old
system type set to '????'. Smarter programs set the type both the new and
the old way.

Opening things using the LOGFILE command in the configuration file will
work for files with *any* file type. The only constraint on the LOGFILE
command is that it can not open files located anywhere inside of
/private. So you ought to be able to get the LOGFILE command to work even
when you can't get drag and drop to work.

Dr. Seuss books . . . can be read and enjoyed on several levels. For
example, 'One Fish Two Fish, Red Fish Blue Fish' can be deconstructed
as a searing indictment of the narrow-minded binary counting system.
