A couple thoughts come to mind. Are you using exactly the same files on both Windows and VMS (the zip files on the VMS are standard zip format)? Is the byte order incorrect for the processor (Windows runs on mostly little-endian systems and most RISC processors are big-endian)?

Analog 6.0 on VMS will not read my zipped log files. I get the following errors:

Warning F: Failed to open logfile
  device:[dirname.dirname.dirname]EX050112.ZIP;1 as zip file: ignoring

It works just fine on Windows but takes 3 hours to do what VMS can do in 10 minutes.

Anyone been able to have analog read zip files on VMS?

Thanks.
