The <div> around the header is generally a Good Thing, so that you can
format the header. And I'm actually pretty skeptical about wrapping the
whole page in <div> because then you can't add any other <div>'s, as you
discovered. Normally you can achieve the desired effect using styles on the
<body> tag, and just put the navigation bar in a <div>.
So the answer is: no, and I don't intend to add it, sorry -- but it's easy
to modify the source and recompile.
