The first one, with the IIS 6.0 works fine and the log is generated, the

it does not know what Microsoft Log Parser is.
It doesn't. Microsoft doesn't follow the spec for extended logs, so when
analog sees an IIS #Software: line, it goes into a special Microsoft mode
for parsing the #Fields: line. But it doesn't know about "Microsoft Log
Parser".
However, each #Fields: line just translates into a LOGFORMAT, so you can
certainly write a LOGFORMAT line to parse it. Make sure the LOGFORMAT
declaration is before the LOGFILE declaration in your config file.
