That means that you can just ignore them, unless they you think that they indicate that you aren't seeing information that you want to see. You've changed the default sorting order for the top level directories, but not for the subdirectories. If you care, specify SUBDIRSORTBY REQUESTS as well. You have a similiar problem with the Request Report - the report has a floor that is specified in Bytes by default, but you've sorted the report by Reqests - you could have a small document that is requested a lot of times but that falls below the Byte floor, so it wouldn't show in the report, even though other items with less requests do show - that can be misleading when the report is sorted by Requests. Again, just specify a FLOOR that matches your SORTBY - REQFLOOR 1r.
