I would strongly recommend that you familairise yourself with Analog by
concentrating on a single website. Once you understand what Analog is doing
with the logfiles for that website, including where it puts the output, and
how you manage that, then start to look into applying that understanding to
creating reports for 2 or more websites.

Remember that Analog just analyses logfiles. It doesn't know, or care,
whether they are from a single website or multiple websites. If you have a
procedure in place for managing multiple sets of logfiles, then you can
easily create custom config files for Analog that will tell it where to find
a specific set of logfiles, and where to put the output for the analysis of
that set of logs.

If Calico are offering Analog on the server, then they should have advice
about how to configure it for multiple sites. If they are suggesting that
you download the logfiles to your own machine to run Analog reports, then
your best bet is to get it working for one site to your satisfaction before
worrying about multiple sites. The trick at that point will be to put all
the common settings in the default analog.cfg file, and move all the custom
settings to website1.cfg, website2.cfg, etc.
