Thanks ahead of time. First, I should point out that your PAGEINCLUDE and REQINCLUDE PAGES commands won't make any difference to the Referrer report. If you comment them out, you should get exactly the same results in the Referrer report. The Referrer Report counts Requests, not pages, and REQINCLUDE only affects the Request Report, not any of the other reports. Pie chart problems are pretty much exclusively caused by having the pie chart overwritten by a later run of Analog that uses different configuration, or different data.(http://analog.cx/docs/faq.html#faq196) Beyond that, there isn't any obvious reason why th chart wouldn't match the report (unless you were using ALPHABETICAL or DATE sorting, but you apper to be using the default REFSORTBY REQUESTS). If you make a small logfile or 3 or 4 lines, with 4 different referrers, including the one that isn't in your chart now, can you repeatthe problem?
