I was able to retrieve the "raw" monthly reports for each month since then. They are in analog format in txt files.
What does this mean? There is no "Analog format" for logfiles. Post

Okay, just your common or garden Combined logformat
(http://analog.cx/docs/logfmt.html#combinedfmtex). Analog should have any
problems with that.
Okay, so Analog didn't find anything to analyse. That can happen for 2
reasons - it can't find the logfiles, or it doesn't recognize the format,
which should be the case for Combined logs. If Analog can't find the logs
(because your LOGFILE command didn't tell it where to look), the errors.txt
file will say
analog: Warning F: Failed to open logfile XXXX: ignoring it
If Analog can't understand the logs, the errors.txt file will say
analog: Warning F: Can't auto-detect format of logfile XXXX: ignoring it
What does your errors.txt file say?

Sorry for the delay in reply... busy week. Here is the error message:
analog.exe: Warning F: Can't auto-detect format of logfile
  C:\Ameweb\logs\medesignorg-ftplog.log: ignoring it
analog.exe: Warning R: In Domain Report, turning off pie chart of only one
  wedge
