Analog auto-detects the format of those logs just fine. Were those 3 and a half lines from C:\Ameweb\logs\medesignorg-ftplog.log? (I'm immediately concerned to see "ftplog" in the name, because FTP logs don't usually look like HTTP logs, and the lines you posted last week were not from an FTP log).
