I switched to the combined logformat, I'm going to see soon if it works better.
 
I did put this logformat now : %h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-Agent}i\" \"%{forensic-id}n\" which is from the one used for combined in httpd.conf
 
about byte count, I'm not sure where it is supposed to be activated?  apache mod_status?
 
and still uh why don't I have the piecharts for OS and some other sections?

You've configured Apache to log Browser and referrer information to seperate
logs. Just ignore them, and don't tell Analog to try to analyse them. Once
you get Analog working for the access log, you can try to add those
additional logs into the mix, but it's generally easier if you configure
Apache to log all then information in a single log file.

You're not logging byte count information - it's not critical, but it's
usually logged.

Are you sure that's the format that Apache is using - what does your
CustomLog line say?
