I looked in the 050505.log file just to see if it looked any different from the other log files. It did. For maybe about the first half of the file, it had logged the Server IP (s-ip) 192.186.5.3 (this is an example number). None of the other log files did this.
My config file also has: HOSTEXCLUDE 192.186.5.3 So then I deleted those entries from the 050505.log file and it works great now.
