The Error file says "In Domain Report, turning off empty pie chart", so it looks as though Analog won't expand Unresolved domain names. By the way, if you don't know what department uses each subnet, why do you want to draw a graph? Surely a graph labelled with meaningless subnet addresses won't be much use to managemnt types? If you just want a quick overview of the "busy" departments, it might be worthwhile HOSTALIASing just those subnets, especially if the audience for the chart is management.
