About an hour ago (10pm Pacific time, USA) I was trying to download Analog via FreeBSD ports method, and the file transfer was so slow I had to cancel. Is there something running that's slowing down the server? Are there good and bad times to download? :-) I want to try again but I'm not sure what time I should.

thanks,
-Walter
PS. Here's how slow it was:
