It's most likely that the only change that you need to make to your analog.cfg file will be your LOGFORMAT and LOGFILE commands. If your new server is using W3 Extended log formatting (I think that's the default for IIS6) then you can just comment out your old LOGFORMAT command by adding a # at the start of the line, and just modify your LOGFILE command to point at the new location of your logfiles, if that has changed. Analog will automatically recognize the format of the logfile, and analyze it accordingly. You may need to change some of the logfile settings for IIS6 if you find that some of the fields that you used in your earlier reports are no longer being logged.
