Good catch. Yes, that will block EventLogging requests. I don't think there's much to do about it. We could play cat-and-mouse by changing the URL of the logging endpoint, but I don't think that that would be ethical. I don't even think it's a bad thing for this rule to exist, to be honest.
The % of users this affects is probably miniscule, since EasyPrivacy is not a default subscription, AFAIK.
