Hi Nima, First, the pagecounts-raw dataset is deprecated. Please switch to the pageviews or pagecounts-ez datasets as explained on this page: https://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/analytics/
Now, if you have a page title, and you'd like to know its coordinates, the page itself has to be using the coord template in its source, for example: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Biberach_(1800) has {{coord|48||06|N|9||48|E|display=title}} in its source. To see a large-scale index of this kind of data, see http://www.geonames.org/wikipedia/ So right now this is pretty manual, as Richard guessed. But it's possible and it'll get easier if folks like you make a good case for why it's useful.
