the OS sets up?

Hello,

IntentReceiver with android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED action can
get the timing right after the system has finished booting.
http://code.google.com/android/reference/android/content/Intent.html

I haven't kicked a service from IntentReceiver yet, but I think there
is no problem to do it.

Best regards,

 Tatsu
