Hey everybody.

I'm new to Android and wanted to do the HelloAndroid tutorial. But
when launching the emulator with my HelloWorld application I'm getting
the following at the console:

[2008-12-14 13:01:00 - HelloAndroid] ------------------------------
[2008-12-14 13:01:00 - HelloAndroid] Android Launch!
[2008-12-14 13:01:00 - HelloAndroid] adb is running normally.
[2008-12-14 13:01:00 - HelloAndroid] Launching:
de.mobilino.android.hello.HelloAndroid
[2008-12-14 13:01:00 - HelloAndroid] Automatic Target Mode: using
existing emulator: emulator-5554
[2008-12-14 13:01:00 - HelloAndroid] Uploading HelloAndroid.apk onto
device 'emulator-5554'
[2008-12-14 13:01:06 - HelloAndroid] Failed to upload HelloAndroid.apk
on 'emulator-5554': timeout

So I'm always getting this timeout and my application won't display.
I already searched for this topic but found no solution. Would be glad
if anyone could help.

Configuration: Windows Vista, Eclipse Ganymede, Android SDK 1.0 rc2,
ADT 0.8.0
