hi,
i am also new to android, but i did face the same problem so i am
suggesting you
hope it would help you......................
check wether u have used both the commands of adb
1. adb install andme_signed.apk(for installing j2me runner)
2. adb shell chmod 777 /data/dalvik-cache( for converting them into
android packages i.e .apk's)
