Scratch that, I got it working. I ran 'adb -d shell' from the Android SDK, su'ed to root, and ran 'am start -a android.intent.action.MAIN -n com.android.settings/.Settings'. From there, I was able to configure my wifi connection, and select T-Mobile D as my GSM provider.
