Hi Group, I am a newbie to Android. I have samsung S3C2440 board working with Linux kernel version 2.6.21.7 (added some board specific changes plus some driver changes). I have ported my car navigation application (written using C, C++ languages).
Now my requirement is: I need to port Android on S3C2440 (To make platform ready). Please give me the steps that i need to follow for the same. Then i need to port my application on the above platform. I know that Android is meant for Java based applications. Please let me know how to port my Car Navigation application on Android. If its not advisable (Because of performance Issues if any) then i may consider re-writing the whole application in Java. Please advise.
