Hi folks, I keep seeing posts in forums wherein people express confusion as to where they can submit their Android apps for the ADC2.
Some people point to this page: http://code.google.com/android/adc/ But there is no submission feature there. Another person reported having to pay to become a publisher in the Android market. Surely we don't have to pay money at some point just to join this contest? What if we are developing freeware?
