I would like to know what version of Windows you have?  I was able to
execute the .exe on my XP 32bit box, but on a Vista 64bit box it would
do nothing. The command window pops up and then immediately
disappears. This happens even when running as Administrator.  I can,
however execute the .bat from a command prompt on the 64 bit box and
it works beautifully.

Gotta love Vista!
