I'm a n00b having trouble getting the Android 2.0 SDK running on Karmic Koala. I'm attempting to follow these: http://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html#quickstart directions, however when I try to add SDK components as directed from this link: http://developer.android.com/sdk/adding-components.html I can't refresh the available packages. I get a "Failed to fetch URL: HTTPS ERROR" whether or not I select "Force https://..."; in the settings tab.
