Maybe netbeans isn't working but in eclipse there mustn't be an error. What versions did you use I mean Android 1.6 or higher??? In 1.6 there is no error but sometimes if I use a higher version there will not be a window with text, but if you run it you should only tap to install!!! After this you can open it manually. You'll see Android is working better on eclipse.
