I am a newbie just like everyone else... If I know the answer to something I will help out. About the audio question... I have not done anything with audio (as I stated in my response) but the code looked legit... I didn't see any syntax errors in it.
The poster made no mention of whether the code was ever put in to use and tested... The way the question was asked seemed to imply that it wasn't. Perhaps I should have responded in a different way, but the way that I figured stuff out was to try it... and then if it didn't work I would post a question AND look elsewhere for the solution. If I found an answer I would. Then post the answer I found for other developers to benefit... Sometimes I may come across rough around the edges (and I am trying to work on that) but it is usually only when it doesn't seem like the poster has put in any (or very little) effort... I agree that it might have felt bad to you but Justin is the one of the most active members of this group. If you feel that you cant get any help from this group then I would suggest you better leave the group. Instead of showing your ego you should show some patience and professionalism in your approach. As a learner you should not be demanding. Treat them as your supervisors not like your employee if you need some help. As a newbee I can understand how you feel but posting such emails will instead discourage the developers to answer your queries. You cant learn android in a day or two. Its a steady process. If you are stuck some where you search for solutions. If you get what you are looking for you should be thankful other wise try some thing different. Blaming the group members or forming gangs to attack someone is not the act of a learner or a professional. So please stop all these. Try to take whats beneficial to you and leave the rest.
