So it looks like the plug-ins are correctly installed but may depend on something that wasn't installed in Eclipse. Normally Eclipse sees such dependencies and install required packages.
I would look at the log file (located in your workspace as .metadata/.log) and look inside for errors related to the plug-in initialization.
