This seems trivial, but I couldn't find much info after researching.

I DL'ed the source, ran the usual:
. build/envsetup.sh
lunch aosp_bullhead-eng
make -j8

After telling me it created the system.img file, it just stopped. There was
no error, but there was also no success message. I noticed something was
funky after there was no boot.img or recovery.img in the out directory. I
figured, if the build went well, running make again would only take about 5
minutes -- no dependencies were modified, so nothing would be done.
However, it seems to be running a full build again, suggesting the previous
was not complete.

a) Is there a standard "success" message upon a completed build?
b) Is there an actual reason why there was no recovery.img or boot.img in
my out directory?
