I'll give it a go: 1. What I like most: It is a powerful open platform that that allows for (and relies on) the development of many 3rd party applications that can do anything the base platform can do. The first combined PDA/phone that will allow and encourage a plethoria of applcations.
2. What I dislike most: The non-availability of Android specific Java library source at this time. I understand that it takes time to create all the documentation and examples needed, but this could have been mitigated somewhat if I could review the source of the API I am trying to learn. 3.
