CowBay: I am not sure I understood you so my only thought is that mobile is not desktop! It must be reinvented and we need to come to a new understanding how people can use a handheld device as opposed to a desktop device. This is where Android is really a key element.
But we need to go way beyond Dalvik. Way, way down.
