Of course my application has bugs in it, every application ever written does. I've been doing this going on 45 years now, and I still can't seem to find the trick to writing the perfect application.
I think I did manage to find and fix all the serious bugs, e.g., null pointer exceptions, and things of that ilk. My concern is that there are serious bugs in the emulator / SDK that my application seems to provoke: the default GTalk session can't be reliably started because of timeouts; the default GTalk session crashes, minutes and hours after my application is done with it; GPS provider throwing intents after I tell it to stop; the default instrumentation firing up for some reason and them complaining that it can't find several dozen, sometimes hundreds of files that it wants to delete; activity / server IPC connections that can't be consistently closed; etc. All of this results in an incredible amount of syslog "stuff" that seriously slows down my application until the stuff completes, resulting in "application not responding" dialogs. I'd be interested in knowing how the judges will react to that.
