I suppose all who submitted entries would only agree to an extend.
There's certainly the idea to get one's own shop off the ground, in an
ideal world.
It'll be interesting to see how things play out over the next years
and who's going to come through Cinderella-style vs. those who keep
rainmakers on their payroll and a group of cheap developers somewhere
overseas.
