Several threads talked about this over the weekend.  You'll get some
hits that are just "spot checks".  However, you may be able to get
some news as to actual reviews on your submission on this board.

I don't know if you have recourse with regards to judges not following
instructions.  My first review didn't really either, but did click
around for a while and got the general idea (I assume).
