I'm trying not to speculate too much myself. I'd like to sleep semi-normally this week.
I've been keeping an eye on mine. Its a little confusing because I submitted 2 apps. One is the big one, and one is an api that I used for building stuff. The api has had a few hits, but the big one has had only one real "review". I don't know about all the top 100 business. I think there's some fact and a lot of speculation. But, maybe that was stated somewhere? Not sure. Regardless, good luck to all.
