He said "100 finalists have identifed on late last week" and announce winner "Next week" I got a last and fifth hit in friday 7:00 pm. If it was outlier mitigation process, they just have finished identifying 100 finalists.
Perhaps we should wait until "9 May". It's OK. Submissions were more than expectation. And we want fair judging process rather than announcement of winner in time. Publish the list of the top 100 apps is a good idea. Just list of title and name of submitter will be good. It won't hurt the privacy. Not just 50 winners, but 50~100 ranked submissions are worth to be announced! They are 100 of 1788 applications.
