some idea for the next challenge : 1) Google doesn't judge anything. Doesn't provide any prices. But give (for free), a place to submit our app. and sell them. Provide free advertising in press/web/TV/telcom shows, etc...
Another idea : 2) Wwe have a deadline line in ADC1. Once the deadline finished, Google provides a site with all entries (app, docs, description , etc). Anyone (not only participant, but every one : press, phone company employee, users, etc) can give a note. this could last 1 or 2 weeks.
