        Dialog dialog = new Dialog(app);
        class GameThread extends Thread {

                        Looper.prepare();
                        while (bRun) {
                                switch(flag){
                                case 0:
                                        break;
                                case 1:
                                        dialog.show();
                                        flag=0;
                                        break;
                                }
                        }
                }
        }
        ...
}
The dialog.show() was called, but noting happened.
