See the message from mercado79 a few days back, with a link to the xda- developers forum. The device has a /data/boot-cache directory that appears to be the source of the trouble. This is not a standard Android feature. The problems occur when applications are installed and then upgraded. Somehow the installed version and the boot-cache copy of stuff are out of sync. Wiping the phone will help in the short term, since you will zap the boot-cache contents and do new installs of the upgraded apps. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
